Our 6 Stage Process

1. Budget

Meet our Quantity Surveyor at your home. Using our checklist agree an initial project brief and timeline. Receive a budget estimate for your project followed by a budget meeting at at RENOVA. Make changes and agree a final scope of works and budget. No charge for STAGE 1

2. Concept design

Meet our designer director at your home. Explore the agreed brief in detail, discuss your preferences and the various design options. Meet at our showroom to receive your concept design proposal and a detailed cost estimate.  Note that a charge will apply for STAGE 2

3. Design development

Having agreed a layout we proceed to work up the elevations and sections. Our engineer and other members of the team add their input at this stage too. Discuss finishes and agree a final overall scheme design and cost. Note that a charge will apply for STAGE 3.

4. Contract

Before detailed design commences, secure the budget and project scope by signing contracts prepared by RENOVA. Secure your site manager at this time and meet the design and construction team. Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that the price and specification have been agreed and relax knowing that the budget is being managed by a chartered Q.S.

5. Drawings and Spec.

Attend workshops at RENOVA to select the finishes and fittings for your new home, while technicians prepare your construction drawings. Remain stress-free knowing that all design choices are budget-led and overseen by our Quantity Surveyor. Only when the drawings and specification are fully completed are we ready to begin work on site.

6. Construction

Sit back and allow your our Construction Team to take control. Enjoy seeing the site manager, accompanied by RENOVA’s trusted team of tradesmen, begin the works on site. Watch your renovated home come together quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Receive regular progress reports and attend for site visits as you wish.
