This was a slightly unusual job for RENOVA. This house was a rental and was remaining as a rental. It was a family asset and although it had been recently rented it had fallen into disrepair.
Our client wanted to enhance the value of the asset and maximise it’s rental potential. This was one of those rare occasions when the investment into the property increased the value of the asset by approximately the cost of the investment.
We retrofitted the house and replaced all fittings and fixtures to transform this rental property for a less than attractive student rental to a very sought after modern family home for rent.
The choice of fittings and finishes needed to be reasonably neutral to appeal to the broadest possible rental market.
