They saved us time and money by carefully coordinating each phase of the process so that we never had to follow up with individual contractors or see the house sit idle waiting for material, completing the process within our budget and weeks ahead of schedule. Project Details

Our clients had recently purchased this house. The previous owner had installed external wall insulation and had insulated the attic. But, the windows had not been replaced and internally everything was old, including the layout. We didn’t need to insulate the walls or roof but we did need to carry out all of the other usual RENOVA retrofit and renovation works including windows, heating, plumbing and electrics. Two COVID lockdowns slowed up our stages 1 to 5, but when we finally got to start we were fortunate enough not to have to close again and we handed over on programme and with no nasty surprises along the way. Our clients completed the works that the previous owner had started and now this house is efficient and comfortable as a new house.
