PROJECT DETAILS
This was the second apartment we renovated for the same client. They had just bought this apartment which had not been updated since it was first built and had been rented out. The wanted to change it from a ‘rental’ to a proper ‘home’. The apartment needed to be to fit their needs, be to their style and it needed to be comfortable.
The apartment was large at 200m2 and was unusual because it was laid out over two floors. To manage costs we concentrated the bulk of the retrofit works on the ground floor which included the master bedroom. The ground floor received a RENOVA Deep Retrofit level of work with the exception of the windows which we were not permitted to replace. The first floor received a more cosmetic renovation.
As usual this home is comfortable and efficient. It is also to our clients taste and the layout suits their needs.
