We bought a house dating to 1970 that needed a refresh. We searched online and found Renova. A friend of ours had also mentioned their name to me, having heard good things.
John took our call and within a couple of months we had a design at a budget we were happy to proceed with. Once we had a contract signed, Anthony and Alan furthered this design with construction drawings and window plans. They talked us through all aspects.
A renovation is a complex project. From beginning to end, Renova looked after all project management aspects. There are a lot of decisions to make. Siân, Amanda and Barbara were fantastic. They helped us every step along the way.
The most impressive part for us was that Building work started on time and finished on time. The project was laid out as being 7 months and that is what it took!
With Brendan as our assigned site manager and Paul overseeing construction it was very smooth. We visited the site regularly. One can easily tell that the work they do is high quality.
Having now lived in the house for nearly 5 months, we are really happy. Renova nailed every aspect. The BER rating went from F to A2.
Renova are also great to come back on any questions we have had in the months following the build.

This was another very typical renovation requests. Our clients had recently purchased this house, and although they had moved in, they wanted to begin and finish their renovation as quickly as possible.
We were on site within in 4 months of first meeting at the house. In that time we agreed a budget, carried out a design process, and selected all finishes and fittings. This was unusually quick and was largely down to the clients enthusiasm to start, and our capacity at the time.
The works went according to plan and the house was handed over on the agreed date. As it happened our clients had a new arrival by the time they moved into their renovated home, so that was nice.
