Project details
This was another perfect fit to the service we provide. This house had been in our clients family and they had grown up there and moved away. The house had been rented for years and was in ‘original’ condition. It was clean and tidy, but it was not energy efficient. Our client was moving home and wanted to modernise the family home for the next generation. Like all our clients, we had a budget discussion first to provide an understanding of the costs involved in fulfilling their ambitions. When the budget was agreed Siân became involved and she worked with our clients to prepare a new layout for the house. A technical side of the new house was agreed at this stage too. When the plan and budget were finalised we signed a contract and set about getting ready for the work on site. As usual this meant visits to RENOVA for design workshops and the production of a detailed set of working drawings. Everything went according to plan and the house was handed over on time and without any budget shocks.
