Huge thanks and appreciation to John, Paul, Sian, Barbara, Amanda, Barry and all the Renova team for the amazing job you’ve done on our house. We are so proud of our brand new home.  Not only is it stylish and bright but also so warm and cosy throughout. We could never have undertaken a project of this scale without the guidance of the Renova team, the one-stop-shop approach, the thoughtful design advice and guidance, and the professional project management.  The conscientious attention to detail of the on-site team from the moment they arrived was so reassuring.  Unusually for a six-month construction project, our neighbours even commented on how thoughtfully our site manager, Barry, dealt with them. Renova thought of everything and checked in with us along the way to ensure that all the decisions were made on time.

Having seen how well the pre-planning went, we were very confident that we were in great hands and bar any surprises there would be no delays in the projected completion date. The construction team did encounter one or two issues along the way but they worked with us to find solutions. As it turned out, the project was completed very much on schedule.

Also unusually for such a major redesign and retrofit, people presume we’re still working through a lengthy snag list.  The truth is we struggle to think of anything. We highly recommend Renova.

Project Details

This is a great example of what we do. This house was our clients family home for years and they had decide that it was time to either renovate or move to a new house. They decided to renovate.

This was another one of those nice jobs where the homeowner wanted to do the best possible job. The house required ‘one of everything’ and the homeowner understood this. Therefore the house and the client were the perfect fit to the service that we provide.

As shown in the photographs we started the job by completely gutting the house. The building fabric was modernised, a small ‘bump-out’ added, layout changed and new utilities were installed. New fittings and finishes plus decoration have resulted in a brand new home in the old shell. The exterior received a facelift too.

Job was handed over exactly on programme, clients delighted.
