Project Details

Our clients had just purchased this apartment and it had previously been rented out. We were engaged to upgrade this apartment from a ‘rental’ to a home.

We installed a new kitchen, new bathrooms and wardrobes. We replaced the flooring and skirting boards and carried out a full redecoration. Electrical fittings and lights were changed along with replacement electric heaters.

The finished apartment has the appearance of a brand new apartment and is more functional thanks to better designed kitchen, bathrooms and storage.
