When we first contacted Renova, we were sale agreed. Our house was built in the 1950s and needed substantial work. We searched online and found the Renova website very impressive. The examples of previous work caught our eye. We contacted John who, from day one was extremely helpful and clear in what he felt might be achievable. We felt the most encouraging thing was Renova aimed to improve our home and not necessarily extend- this appealed to us a lot.

When we purchased our house 2 months later, Renova contacted us again and we proceeded to the design stage. The design stage consists of various workshops, each of which have a theme from mechanics and engineering to fixtures and fittings. These workshops made what could have been an overwhelming task manageable, not intimidating and enjoyable! Overall we had 4 workshops and covered an enormous amount of work in each. We were helped and guided at all times from a decision-making point of view. All our suggestions and ideas were also taken on board. The architect Sian and interior designer Barbara understood our home ambitions and achieved exactly what we had hoped for. Paul and Anthony were extremely helpful at all points. The entire process was professional, smooth and not stressful. During the time working with them, their communication was excellent.

Onsite, Richard was always very approachable and helpful. Our neighbours have repeatedly complimented Renova for their discretion and communication when working in a busy suburban neighbourhood.

After works were completed, Renova remained very contactable and returned to do some minor snag list items.

We were delighted with handover which happened on time. The handover was a lovely experience, they did a remarkable job. We are delighted with our dream home and have recommended Renova to friends and colleagues.
