AUTUMN 2017 – We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to join out growing Design & Build team.
The successful candidate will manage their own renovation projects, from contract stage to handover, dealing with all matters design and managing all client correspondence.
Duties would be as follows:
Pre-contract client meetings
Project handover meetings with RENOVA Quantity Surveyor
Site familiarisation + Contract review
Scheduling client design meetings
Client design workshops at RENOVA showroom
Client design presentation meetings at RENOVA showroom
Management of all client correspondence through design period
Project meeting with RENOVA site managers.
Project meetings with RENOVA construction manager
Familiarity with works on site + regular site visits
Management of all client correspondence through the construction stage
Preparation of weekly Cost Reports
Issue interim Cost Reports to clients – with RENOVA Q.S.
Client handover meeting at project completion
Preparation of RENOVA Home Owner’s Manuals
Experience in a client facing role in the Interior Design industry is as distinct advantage
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
Qualification in interior design
Proficient in AutoCad
MS Office – Word, Excell + Outlook
Full clean Irish Driving Licence
